Time for Whole Sale is open for business Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. We set these operating hours in order to best suite our wide variety of customers from all time zones throughout the world. During these hours we are always available to take your call and answer any question or address any concern you may have. During our off hours, and in any rare case which we cannot be reached, simply leave a detailed voice message including all your pertinent information such as Name, Phone Number, and Specific watch item or watches that you are interested in. Time for Whole Sale Return Policy/Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:

MaxBankin wants to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. We realize, first time buyers are sometimes anxious when making a large purchase over the internet. We therefore offer our unique Time for Whole Sale Three Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Customers will have three days to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchase and that it is as advertised.

Customers are welcome to exchange any purchase within the same three day period for any other item found on our website. If the second item is of lesser value, Time for Whole Sale will refund the difference before the second watch is shipped out. When the second watch is of a higher value, the customer is responsible for payment of the difference before the second watch ships out.

If a customer wishes to return an item, they must get in contact, notifying Time for Whole Sale within three days of receiving their purchase. In turn we will provide a return shipping address and issue an official return allowance code. Items which customers wish to return must arrive at our office no later than six days from when the customer received the watch. The watch must not have been fitted worn or altered in any form. This includes the removal of, or change of tags, factory plastic, or hologram stickers. Three days from when a customer receives their purchased items, all sales are final.

Time for Whole Sale asks that you ensure that the watch you plan to order is the watch you want and all we need to do on our part is to deliver a "day one" perfect condition timepiece, and an advertised product within the shipping time specified. We ask that customers hold back from light purchasing and only place orders for watches which they are affirmatively positive that they wish to buy. All Certified Pre-Owned watches, may be returned ONLY if you notify us within the three day return period, of your intentions to return. You must request a Return Authorization number (RMA), and return the item immediately, in the condition in which it was received. The Return Authorization number must be noted outside the package. Any item returned without the Return authorization number, will not be accepted and will not be subject to a refund. Upon receipt of the item, we will issue a refund in full only if the watch was shipped back with everything we sent, and was not worn or altered. This is to insure that what you are ordering or receiving, is 100% unworn in factory original condition. We want to understand that these items have not been sent out worn, and then returned. When you purchase an item listed as Unused, Display model, or New, you can be confident that this piece you are receiving is exactly as described. The return policy does not apply to special ordered items, or items that have been customized based on a customer’s request. All custom orders are ‘All Sales Final’.

Time for Whole Sale "Exclusive Offers" Listings:

 While Time for Whole Sale already has the best pricing in the industry, we still do offer even lower pricing for limited periods on certain watches. "Exclusive Offers" will have a long red dash through the MaxBankin Price and offer a lower "Exclusive Offer" price together with an "Exclusive Offer" tab next to the watch. There is also an "Exclusive Offers" category page on the center right side of our website. These pages have a complete listing of every "Exclusive Offer" timepiece on our website.


Time for Whole Sale Free Overnight Insured Delivery via UPS or FedEx.

We only ship via overnight insured carrier. There is no cost for shipping within the Continental United States. If your order is placed on a Friday and can ship out same day, Saturday morning delivery is offered at no extra cost, permitting such service in your region is available. Every order is shipped out for Next Day Air Delivery, Fully Insured, Signature Required via UPS or FedEx. Intl House of Time Inc ships watches out between one to three days following receipt of your funds, depending on your method of payment, and the amount of orders we receive on that given day. Credit card purchases can take up to three days from the date of purchase till your timepiece arrives at your door. If your order is a rush please contact us and we will work to arrange that your watch ships out within the timeframe you need it for.


Time for Whole Sale Warranty Coverage & Service:

Time for Whole Sale understands that when a consumer is buying a high dollar luxury item, the last thing they want to worry about is service issues. With Time for Whole Sale, this is a non-issue. With every purchase we issue a full warranty covering every component of your watch. From the band to the movement, our warranty is "Buckle to Buckle". Our Perfect Condition Pre-Owned Watches will come with a Full One Year Warranty, while our Unused Models will come with a Full Two Coverage Period. You will have the option to buy extended coverage for a second year or third year. This must be done at the time of purchase for an added $295. The said Warranties are exclusively through Intl House of Time Inc and our team of expert watchmakers and master jewelers. These said warranties are null and void in any case of extreme lack of care, product abuse and neglect. This also includes any level of water damage. Beyond the warranty period, Intl House of Time Inc offers service and upgrades at industry cost price.

Below, we have listed, our three main forms of Payment Acceptance methods, each with brief descriptions and instructions.


Time for Whole Sale Unique Custom Set Diamond-Work:

On many of our watches we have had our artisan jewelers, master craftsmen, and in-house watchmakers, customize certain timepieces with top quality, shining diamond-work. This work is all done aftermarket to exacting standards and looks truly amazing. The reason for this is to offer unique, niche looks, not offered by many watch manufacturers.


Time for Whole Sale Credit Card Payments-Via Paypal:

Time for Whole Sale uses PayPal to process the majority of its transactions. PayPal is one of the safest and secure credit card payment processors in the world. We want to put our customer's minds at ease and ensure them that their personal and payment information is 100% secure. This is why we use Paypal almost exclusively. PayPal does not pass on your information to any third parties; even Intl House of Time Inc has only limited access to your contact information, for order processing communication only.

When placing an order through PayPal you must create a PayPal user account using a current email address. The benefit here, is that you can log onto your account at any time, from when your order is placed, so that you can check shipping status and any other, up to the minute, order status information.

When placing an order, click on the PayPal tab below the specific item. Your browser will automatically transfer you to PayPal's page for the watch in question. If you have used PayPal in the past and have an account you can simply sign in on the right hand side and correct any address or payment information. If you are new to PayPal, please begin on the top left side, filling in all your information. PayPal will require you to create a PayPal account using a current email address and an eight digit password. From there, you simply need to input your billing and shipping information. Once all the correct information is entered, just follow along with the instructions provided by Paypal.

Due to high dollar amounts being processed, PayPal makes use of certain outlets of Fraud Prevention. Your information entered must be perfectly consistent with what your credit card company has on file. This includes all names, addresses, and specific billing information.

PayPal requires that you enter in a contact phone number along with your billing address. This phone number may be used by PayPal to contact you shortly after your order is placed, in order to confirm your purchase. It is important that the phone number which you enter in is a number where you can be reached within a few hours from when you're purchased was made. Your mobile/cell phone number would be the best option.

If your desired shipping address is different than the billing address which you have on file with your credit card company, you must first update this information with them so that what they have on file matches perfectly with what you enter into PayPal. When calling your credit card company, you must indicate that you wish to add an approved "Alternate Shipping address". You can enter this alternate shipping information on the second page of the PayPal ordering system. Simply click on the "Add New Address" dropdown above the "place your order now" tab.

Time for Whole Sale Credit Card Orders via Faxed In Order Form:

Many of our customers want to buy their dream watch online, however, some are not as computer savvy as they would like to be, and many simply do not want to release their credit card info. online. For this reason we offer a very simple manner in which orders can be placed. Simply click on the "Order by Fax/Bank Wire" tab below the desired item and then choose "Fax Order Form". Once this is done, a specific order form for your item will come up. Simply print out this one page form, filling in your Name and Contact, Credit Card info, shipping and billing address. If the shipping and billing address is not the same, this must be confirmed with your credit card company, prior to placing the order. Once it is all filled out, simply make a clear copy of the front of your driver's license and credit card and fax back with the two page order form. The copy of your license and credit card is strictly for verification purposes and to ensure that there are no fraudulent orders processed. Your information is never printed out on physical paper and all info is deleted upon sale completion. Once your order is received and approved you will receive an email or fax confirmation. Time for Whole Sale Payment via Bank Wire Transfer-Most Simplified Method!

We accept payment by way of funds transferred via bank wire for the purchase of our watches. For this method of payment we bestow a further 2% Discount off of the Intl House of Time Inc Price. Being that we are not incurring any credit card processsing fess, we simply pass the added savings over to our customers.  Please click on the Order by Fax/Bank Wire tab below the item and choose the "Bank Wire Info" option. You can also contact us at 1-877-503-4055 for wiring instructions or with any questions in regards to this payment method. Please get in contact via our toll-free numbers or email sales@goldwatchco.com, so that while waiting for your bank wire to clear we have such information as your full name and delivery address in order to begin processing your order.
